Shipping Within Canada and United States:

All orders received for the items available in stock are shipped within 24 hours. Within Canada and United States all orders are shipped by Canada Post or Fed Ex.  Through our on line shipping tools, customers have the options available to select courier of choice.   Customer should able to review invoice including all shipping expenses prior to submitting an online order with Leaders Canada Inc.   The Parcel may take 1 – 7 days for delivery.  Shipping days exclude weekends and holidays.  All orders received on Friday after 1:30 p.m. EST, will be sent the following Monday.  Order cannot be cancelled once placed. 

International:
For all International orders, we choose the most economical shipping options suitable to your destination. Once an order is received we will respond to your request confirming cost of merchandise and shipping expenses via email.  The order will be sent to you within 48 hours upon receipt of your order acknowledgement.  We accept visa, Master Card, American Express. For all international orders customer is responsible for payments of duties and taxes at destination.  Shipping days exclude weekends and holidays.  All online orders received on Friday after 1:30 p.m. EST, will be sent the following Monday.
  
Shipping Discounts:
Free shipping and other shipping discounts advertised through our website are applicable to promotional items only and are time limited.  All shipping promotions advertised are based on Fed Ex Canada Ground Delivery services or Canada Post Expedited Service within Canada and US.      

Shipping Tracking Information:
Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be sent to your email address.  You may also log on to your account to review the status of your orders.            

Return Policy / defective product.

1. The return shipping cots is at the expense of customers.
2. New merchandise in orignal packing (not washed, worn, altered or soiled), suitable for resale, may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase.
3. If new merchandise is returned within 15-60 days of purchase, there is a 15% restocking charge.
4. Merchandise will not be refundable after 60 days period.
Products on special sale are our stock clearance items or discontinued models, which are most of the time perfect and free from defects. However, ocassionally these items may bear minor spots, embroidery or printing issue. All clerance and custom items items are final sales, which are not refundable.

To return any merchandise, please include a copy of the invoice and write us the reason for return. Merchandise should be packed securely and returned with an insured parcel.  All merchandise sold in sets must be returned as sets.   A credit will be issued by the original method of payment, excluding shipping and restocking fee of 15%.

A certified check or money order for shipping and handling charges must accompany all exchanges. Merchandise, returned for exchange without a certified check or money order to cover shipping and handling, will be charged on customers credit card .
